HOME AMENITIES This Venice Island home is newly furnished in a tropical style with primarily mahogany furniture throughout and stainless appliances in the kitchen. The home includes a well-equipped kitchen, a lanai overlooking private backyard, and a family room with both full and twin-sized sofa sleeper. One bedroom has a king size bed with two good-size dressers and the second bedroom has two twin beds. By fall, the house will have a third bedroom with king size bed. We have plenty of space for two couples to share or lots of room for one family to relax. The home has two full bathrooms with cherry vanities - one with a bath/shower combination and the second bathroom is brand new with a larger tile shower. Filled with plants, flowers and trees, the spacious backyard is much more private than a condo or apartment. Other amenities include: cable television in both bedrooms and in the family room; DVD/VCR in the family room; phone/answering machine; barbecue grill; linen closet; washer/dryer; brand new dishwasher, disposal; refrigerator; microwave; ironing board and iron; beach towels; blow dryer, and two beach chairs.
