A $200 deposit is required to hold reservations made 6-12 months in advance. 50% of balance is due 6 months prior to arrival date. Remaining balance is due along with signed rental agreement two weeks before arrival. Rates include local telephone calls, utilities and cable television. Sorry... no pets and no smoking.
